Commercial Grade Gear Rack With Steel Core | 1200 KG Capacity High Strength Sliding Gate Hardware | Italian Made by Stagnoli.

Nylon gate rack with a steel core for screwing to your sliding gate rail to allow the gate motor to act. Compatible with sliding gate and cantilever gate systems.

The fastening system, "Three Points", on the six rack attachments (in this model, facing downward, opposite the teeth) guarantees a higher capacity than the prior models, up to a maximum of 1200 KG.

The material used is always a polyamide, 30% fibreglass but elastomeric, to guarantee great performance even in very cold environments.

Stagnoli Sliding Gate Rack – V6 | 1200 KG Capacity High Strength Commercial Grade Sliding Gate Hardware

Nylon sliding gate rack used for both domestic and commercial sliding and cantilever gate systems. Up to 1200kg with 10×10 steel core to the centre. There are six brackets down mounting lugs with a 25mm gap in-between, allowing for adjustability in case of ground movement over time.

The six bracing lugs allow for a higher load capacity on the rack at 1200kg.
