Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within one business day. In some cases, it can take up to two business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Any shipping delays due to high volumes or product unavailability will be notified to the customer immediately.
We use common carriers such as Australia Post, TNT, Sendle, Allied Express, Aramex and Couriers Please, or any other appropriate carrier based on the size of goods and the delivery destinations.
Expected delivery times range from within one business day up to a week but at times can take longer due to the demand on freight handlers and couriers services. We do our utmost to reduce the waiting time as much as possible using our optimised dispatch system.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We also offer free shipping based on order value (Excluding freight items and PO Box Deliveries). Currently all orders above $1199 are shipped free with the above-mentioned conditions.
All Bulky / Oversized items (Gates, Boom Barriers, Items longer than 1200mm) are considered Freight items and will need a customised shipping cost based on the size, weight, and delivery address.
Freight item orders need to request a freight quote, we will update your online quote within one business day with the freight delivery cost. The updated Quote can be viewed through your online accounts “my orders” section and can be paid directly using email link or from your “my orders” section.
Freight items can take longer than usual delivery times due to the nature of the product.
We make every effort to deliver your package(s) within the estimated delivery time window, we cannot guarantee the delivery time.
automotionplus.com.au ships to addresses within the Australia, Australia Territories, and PO Box and Parcel Locker addresses.
(Freight items, PO Box and Parcel Locker deliveries are not included in the free shipping offer.)
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
All products shipped by Automotion Plus come with our insurance against any damages or missing item during the shipment. Please report any damages / missing item within 7 Days of receiving the item for us to organise replacement.
We currently do not ship outside Australia.
