Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Deliveries are made Australia wide by Australia Post or any nominated courier by us.

Australia Post eParcel or the couriers will deliver to the address you have specified as your "Shipping Address" on your order. In the case that Australia Post eParcel or the couriers arrives at your office or residence and no one is available to take delivery of your package(s), Australia Post eParcel or the couriers will leave a card with instructions for how to organize a pick up from a post office or a courier depot.

(2) Large item orders need to request a freight quote, we will update your online quote within one business day with the freight delivery cost. The updated Quote can be viewed through your online accounts “my orders” section.

(3) According to orders weight, size and delivery address zones, the “Shipping Cost” might slightly different.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

We make every effort to deliver your package(s) within the estimated delivery time window, we cannot guarantee the delivery time.

Shipment to PO Box and Parcel Locker addresses ships to addresses within the Australia, Australia Territories, and PO Box and Parcel Locker addresses.

(Freight items, PO Box and Parcel Locker deliveries are not included in the free shipping offer.)

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages will work with the shipping carrier to organise replacement/insurance compensation for any product damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Upon delivery, the product and all risk of loss is your responsibility, please immediately check your delivered product condition and contents. No claim will be recognised after 7 days of the delivery for missing items or damaged items.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Accepted Returns based on the following

If the products are dead on arrival.

If the products arrived are not as advertised.

If the product is returned within 14 day of the purchase and the product HAVE NOT BEEN installed, a minimum of 10% re-testing / stocking fee is applicable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Any returned product must be as supplied in its original new condition and with the original packaging and documentation.

Any product to be returned must have the approval of Automotion Plus prior to returning and an RR number must be obtained.

The RR number will be valid for 10 days and the item must be returned with this 10 days period.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Non Acceptable product return

We recommend that customers choose carefully before buying as no returns are permitted where the buyer is simply unhappy with their purchase or has changed their mind.


A refund amount will be the original price of the product less any re-testing/stocking fee and less the original shipping /freight charge, (for example Original price minus the re-testing/stocking fee and minus the original shipping/freight charges. Items delivered under a free shipping offer will have a deduction of actual shipping cost borne by Automotion Plus.)

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you in the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank’s policies.

Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
