Important notes:
- When adding your floor track quantity the amount of track required is gate length x2
- When adding Z channel you only need an amount equal to the gate length, this is only required if you do not have a 40mm angle welded to top the rear of the gate
- You can choose from two options of wheels:
Recess mount wheels which will sit internally into your gate (requires a min. tube height of 75mm or greater)and will raise the gate by 40mm when installed onto the floor track
Flat mount wheels which will sit external to your gate and will raise the gate by 90mm when installed onto the floor track

- R10 profile to suit the entire range of APC Galvanized profile tracks
- Dual bearing system for the capacity of 250KG per wheel (500kg per pair)
- It fits into 50mm heigh tubing with a cut-out size to fit the wheel of 70x35mm
- Raises the gate by 30mm when installed with the floor track
- Easy installation with pre-punched fixings, drops into place after cut out and screws to the tubing from the flanged sides
78mm Flat Mount Wheels | Anodised Steel
- R10 profile to suit the entire range of APC Galvanized profile tracks
- Dual bearing system for the capacity of 250KG per wheel (500kg per pair)
- It fits straight to the bottom. No cut-out is required.
- Raises the gate by 92mm when installed with the floor track
- Easy installation with pre-punched fixings and screws to the tubing from each side.
Aluminum C Channel & Guide Block Combo
- 400x85x30mm Aluminium C channel System to allow for a full slide of the guide block from static to 325mm
- Incorparates perfectly into the APC Z channel system or a pre-welded angle of 40x40mm on the gate
- Allows for unobstructed guiding from the rear of the gate, ideal for angled gates, spear top gates, cladded gates or just to close to the fence.
- Requires a spacing of 80mm from the rear of the gate to the guide post
- Fix as per requirment, blank canvas without any punchings
- Easy to install, use self drilling screws and fix directly to the guiding post
Aluminum Z Channel For Rear Guiding
- 30x30x4mm thickness Aluminum Z channel System
- Incorparates perfectly into the APC guide block system
- Allows for unobstructed guiding from the rear of the gate, ideal for angled gates, spear top gates, cladded gates or just to keep the gate right up to the fence.
- Fix as per requirment, blank canvas without any punchings
- Easy to install,use self drilling screws and fix directly to the inside face of the gates top tube
Bolt Down Galvanized Floor Track
- R10 profile to suit the entire range of APC recess and flat mount wheels
- Rounded profile provides the least resistance for sliding gate movment over the alternative "V groove"
- High strength 3mm steel, Galvanized for complete long life outdoor use
- Pre-punched fixing holes ready for anchor nails (Supplied)
- Easy to install, bolts down to concrete! No need to set in during concreting
75mm U Guide
- Galvanized steel construction for long life outdoor use
- Flared entry to guide gate into the reciever in case of wind loads pushing the gate
- 75mm internal clearance ideal for standard steel or aluminum gates gates that are offset from the closing post or clad gates no greater than 70mm thickness
- Pre-punched fixing holes ideal for adjustments prior to final fixing
